Regional Sales Director

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute consultative sales strategies to promote and sell InteliSys's Passenger Service System (PSS) solutions (amelia) to airlines in Europe and North America.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key airline stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT, and commercial teams.
  • Drive the full sale cycle from lead generation, qualification and discovery through to proposal, contract negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Pre-sales teams to align customer needs with tailored PSS solutions. 
  • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM systems and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Stay informed on the competitive landscape, airline industry trends, and evolving customer needs.
  • Contribute feedback to the product roadmap by relaying customer requirements and market insights.
  • Travel as needed to meet with prospective clients and attend key industry events.

Skills & Experience

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Computer Science, Aviation Management or related discipline.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B software sales, preferably within the aviation or travel technology sectors. 
  • Fluent in English, both written & spoken.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills to solve problems.
  • Strong in problem-solving and relationship management competencies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with prospects, customers, technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an efficient member of a team
