A Strategic Partnership Built on a Customer-First Approach
Nordic Seaplanes has officially gone live with InteliSys Aviation’s amelia Passenger Service System (PSS), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership designed to support the airline’s continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Beyond implementing a new platform, this milestone highlights InteliSys Aviation’s hands-on, customer-focused approach. The project has been shaped by active collaboration, practical support, and a clear commitment to the airline’s long-term objectives.

Europe’s only scheduled seaplane operator, Nordic Seaplanes connects Copenhagen and Aarhus with daily harbour-to-harbour flights. Founded to provide fast, efficient travel for both business and leisure passengers, the airline has built a reputation as a premium regional carrier known for punctuality, customer experience, and innovative mobility solutions.
Given its unique operating model — including harbour-based infrastructure, a compact fleet, and a strong focus on business travelers — Nordic Seaplanes required a flexible and highly reliable technology platform tailored to its specific needs. Agility and operational resilience were critical from day one.
From project initiation through go-live, InteliSys Aviation’s implementation and support teams worked closely with Nordic Seaplanes to ensure a seamless transition. The deployment included hands-on training, detailed operational alignment, and cross-departmental readiness to ensure continuity and performance across the airline’s organization.
"Our decision was not based solely on system functionality, " said Gösta Jørgensen, Sales and Marketing Manager / CISO at Nordic Seaplanes. “It was about the people behind the system. InteliSys demonstrated a genuine commitment to understanding our operation and supporting us every step of the way.”
The amelia PSS delivers advanced booking functionality, flexible fare management, and scalable architecture, equipping Nordic Seaplanes with the tools needed to evolve its product offering and optimize revenue opportunities. Its adaptability ensures the airline can confidently introduce new services, respond quickly to market changes, and support future growth initiatives.
“At InteliSys Aviation, technology is only part of the story, ” said Rob Lalonde, CEO at InteliSys Aviation. “What truly defines us is our commitment to standing beside our airline partners — before, during, and long after go-live. Nordic Seaplanes represents innovation in regional aviation, and we are proud to support their continued success. ”
This go-live further strengthens InteliSys Aviation’s position as a trusted PSS provider for airlines seeking not only advanced technology, but a partner dedicated to delivering measurable customer success.
