Senior Marketing Manager

(12 month Contract, Maternity Leave Coverage)

We are seeking an experienced, self-sufficient marketing professional to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution and customer engagement activities during a maternity leave coverage period. This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in, quickly get up to speed, and run with existing initiatives with minimal guidance, ensuring everything continues to operate smoothly.

This role can be structured as full-time or part-time and offers the opportunity to work directly with airline customers, lead major international events, and execute across multiple marketing channels in conjunction with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the marketing team, you will:

  • Own and execute day-to-day marketing activities across content, communications, events, and lead generation, ensuring continuity and consistency
  • Manage and maintain social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), including planning, creating, and publishing monthly content
  • Write and coordinate press releases and new customer announcements, managing approvals with airline partners
  • Review technical release notes and translate them into clear, customer-facing communications and updates
  • Draft and manage client communications, including product updates, announcements, newsletters, surveys and key notifications
  • Coordinate customer webinars end-to-end
  • Support customer onboarding and go-live processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and marketing data in HubSpot
  • Lead the coordination and execution of three customer events across global markets, including:
    • End-to-end logistics, venue coordination, and timelines
    • Event collateral design and production
    • Agenda development and attendee management
    • Customer, prospect, and sponsor communications
    • Internal planning and team coordination
  • Design and update trade show booths, banners, and supporting marketing materials
  • Lead and execute lead generation initiatives, including:
    • Conducting market research to identify and segment target prospects
    • Developing campaign messaging and highly customized outbound messaging
    • Building and managing targeted contact lists
    • Setting up and executing outreach sequences in HubSpot
    • Crafting compelling messaging to drive engagement and meetings
    • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance
  •  Ensure all marketing materials and communications are kept up to date and aligned with current product and brand positioning

Requirements

  •  Significant marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology environments, with a track record of delivering results
  •  Fluency in English, with exceptional writing skills and the ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling external communications
  •  Proven ability to operate independently and take full ownership of marketing execution with minimal oversight
  •  Strong experience leading and executing events, including complex, multi-stakeholder coordination across regions
  •  Hands-on experience creating high-quality content and managing customer communications, including press releases and product updates
  •  Advanced organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple concurrent initiatives
  •  Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, including campaign execution, data management, and reporting
  •  Ability to step into an established function, quickly get up to speed, and maintain continuity without disruption
  •  Highly self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Preferred

  • Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing and Sales CRM, including building and executing campaigns, managing data, and optimizing outreach performance
  •  Demonstrated success in lead generation, including market segmentation, campaign development, and outbound execution
  •  Ability to create high-quality marketing and event collateral, with an eye for clean, professional design
  •  Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar, particularly for customer-facing content
  •  Experience working with global customers and coordinating across time zones and regions
  •  Background in aviation, travel, or a related industry is a strong advantage, but not critical

What We Offer

  • A high-impact role with direct ownership over global marketing execution and customer engagement
  • The opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of airline customers across international markets
  • Exposure to major industry events and high-visibility projects with real business impact
  • A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can operate independently and make decisions
